Christian leadership is grounded in Scripture and our Christ-centered servant leaders understand the importance of the role they undertake in our body. They are shepherds who care for the church, its members, and the community while seeking to uphold the characteristics outlined in Scripture for their position. As God-fearing servant leaders, our elders seek to be different from the world in how they lead and serve our body.

Jesus turned the world upside down, leading His disciples by example through His teaching, encouragement, comfort, guidance, and support. Understanding that loving and leading others is their priority while also glorifying God within His framework is just one way they aim to live and lead like Christ.
